Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. This includes items such as serums, creams, lip masks, eye patches, and any product with a broken seal.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@slintrix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional time may be needed for the refund to appear.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will help arrange it, subject to availability.
